Saicon Website Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Throughout this policy, we have adopted the terms listed below with their respective meanings: National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) - This is the body that will supervise and guide the application of the LGPD, as well as being responsible for applying administrative sanctions in the event of a breach of the law. Consent - This is the free, informed and unequivocal expression by which the Data Subject agrees to the processing of their Personal Data for a specific purpose. Personal Data - Any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as: IP, geolocation, name, telephone number, e-mail address, ID, CPF, CNPJ, among others, in order to locate or contact our clients. Purpose - The reason or motivation for processing Personal Data. Legitimate Interest - Data processing carried out by the Controller, due to an interest of its own, of other companies or of society, without the processing affecting the individual rights and freedoms of the Data Subject. General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Law No. 13,709 of August 14, 2018. Opposition - This is the Data Subject's right not to want their data processed. This right can be exercised in certain specific situations. Security - The use of technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, communication or disclosure. Processing - Any operation carried out with Personal Data, such as: collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation, information control, communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction. Data subject - The natural person to whom the Personal Data being processed refers. We, at Saicon do Brasil LTDA ("Saicon" or "we"), are committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your data, following all LGPD standards. The purpose of this document is to clarify what information is collected from users of our websites - and respective services - ("you") and how this data is or may be used. In order to offer our services, Saicon, through our website, applications and systems, the equipment where it is installed or being used and the devices synchronized with it, collects various data and information, aiming, above all, to provide an increasingly better experience for you. Saicon recognizes that your privacy is very important, so we take all possible measures to protect it. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy ("policy") aims to inform you how your personal information and data will be collected, used, and stored through our websites and respective services. Policy changes 1. What are the sources of personal data? The amount and type of information we collect varies depending on your use of our services. We will collect different data if you are visiting our website or using our software. And to make these definitions and differences more accessible, we have segmented the collection of user data into 04 parts, so that you can understand what applies specifically to you. This Policy applies to Personal Data we collect from or about you through the following sources: Saicon Sites. Consumer-facing websites operated by or for Saicon, including websites that we operate under our own domains/URLs and mini-sites that Saicon owns on third-party social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and so on (websites). Saicon mobile sites/applications. Consumer-facing websites or mobile applications operated by or for Saicon, such as smartphone apps. Ad interactions. Interactions with our advertisements (for example, if you interact with one or more of our advertisements on a third-party website, we may receive information about that interaction). Data created by us. During our interactions with you, we may create Personal Data about you (for example, but not limited to records of your purchases and records of your interactions with our content and emails). Events. Events held and organized by Saicon, as well as events in which Saicon participates as a sponsor or exhibitor. It is also worth mentioning that we may store information about all contacts already made with our users, regardless of the type of user who made the contact. This information includes content downloaded from our pages and interactions via email, such as opens and clicks. By clicking on the buttons to share content on the social networks available on our pages, the user is publishing the content via their profile on the selected network. Saicon does not have access to the user's login and password on these networks, nor will it publish content on the user's behalf without them doing so. What types of data does Saicon collect? 2.1 Website visitors If you only visit our websites, we will collect your browsing data. In this case, when you visit our site, a "cookie" is inserted into your browser via the Google Analytics software to identify how many times you return to our address. If you register via your Facebook/Google account, we will collect publicly accessible personal data from your social network profile, such as name and profile picture. And in order to integrate with the services offered, we may collect all data that is made publicly accessible by Facebook/Google to our system, as well as information about your advertisements, what materials and content you have interacted with, how many clicks they have received, information about visitors to your websites that are available on this platform. 2.4 Saicon's digital marketing tools We have contracted marketing automation services from Qualitysmi, using software tools for marketing and sales automation, creating Landing Pages, Pop-ups, Forms, sending e-mail marketing, among others that involve managing the personal information of those with whom we have a relationship. However, it is important to note that Qualitysmi does not control the information we collect. This data belongs to us, and we protect it in accordance with our privacy policy. Since Qualitysmi does not control the data that is collected directly by us, in order to minimize incidents involving personal data, they adopt the best information security and secure development practices on the market, so that we, their clients, can use a secure tool for managing our data. 2.5 Participants in Saicon events If you take part in any event held by Saicon, such as training, courses and fairs, the data needed to confirm your registration (such as name, CPF, telephone number, company where you work and position) will be collected via a Landing Page. Your e-mail details, collected at our events, will be shared with our Marketing team in order to send you content and news on topics related to the event. You can request to change these preferences at any time. 3. Who does Saicon share your data with? By having partners, Saicon can work together with other companies in a wide range of activities to provide the best solutions for you. We therefore reserve the right to share your information, including location, registration and interest data, with the companies listed below, whenever possible, anonymously, in order to preserve your privacy as much as possible. We do not rent, sell or transfer your personal data to anyone except the partner companies listed below. We may share your personal data in the cases listed below: Our Partners: We employ other companies to carry out work on our behalf and we need to share your personal data with them to provide products and services to you. For example, we use data hosting services to store our database, we also use payment services to be able to process billing data for our products purchased by you. Saicon is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. What are the rights of data subjects?
