We will collect different data if you are visiting our website or using our software. However, it is important to note that Qualitysmi does not control the information we collect. This data belongs to us, and we protect it in accordance with our privacy policy. Since Qualitysmi does not control the data that is collected directly by us, in order to minimize incidents involving personal data, they adopt the best information security and secure development practices on the market, so that we, their clients, can use a secure tool for managing our data. 2.5 Participants in Saicon events If you take part in any event held by Saicon, such as training, courses and fairs, the data needed to confirm your registration (such as name, CPF, telephone number, company where you work and position) will be collected via a Landing Page. Your e-mail details, collected at our events, will be shared with our Marketing team in order to send you content and news on topics related to the event. You can request to change these preferences at any time. 3. Who does Saicon share your data with? By having partners, Saicon can work together with other companies in a wide range of activities to provide the best solutions for you. We therefore reserve the right to share your information, including location, registration and interest data, with the companies listed below, whenever possible, anonymously, in order to preserve your privacy as much as possible. We do not rent, sell or transfer your personal data to anyone except the partner companies listed below. We may share your personal data in the cases listed below: Our Partners: We employ other companies to carry out work on our behalf and we need to share your personal data with them to provide products and services to you. For example, we use data hosting services to store our database, we also use payment services to be able to process billing data for our products purchased by you.
